In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('KVKK'), as Nokta Logistics, in the capacity of data controller, we may process, record, store, classify, update, and disclose/transfer your personal data to third parties in cases permitted by the legislation within the scope of the purposes explained below; in accordance with the law and honesty rules.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing logistics, storage, transportation, and customs clearance services, fulfilling contractual obligations, managing operational processes, conducting customer relations, fulfilling legal obligations, increasing service quality, and protecting our legitimate interests.

Your personal data processed by us may include: Identity information (Name, surname, T.C. identity no), Contact information (Phone, e-mail, address), Financial information (Bank account no, tax no), Transaction security information (IP address, log records), Customer transaction information (Request, order, invoice information).

Your personal data is collected through our website, mobile applications, e-mail, call center, security cameras, and physical channels based on the legal grounds of fulfillment of the contract, being prescribed in the laws, fulfillment of the legal obligation, and our legitimate interests.

Your personal data may be transferred to program partner organizations, domestic and international solution partners, our suppliers, and authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, within the scope provided for by legal regulations, in order to carry out our activities.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request deletion/destruction, and to request notification of these processes to third parties to whom the data is transferred.
