2. Categories of Data Processed
Identity, contact, transaction security, request/complaint and customer transaction data may be processed for service delivery and legal compliance.
3. Processing Purposes
Quotation preparation, operational management, customer relations, legal compliance, service quality improvement, and security processes.
4. Transfer and Retention
Personal data may be transferred to business partners, suppliers, and authorized public institutions where permitted by law, and retained for legal periods.
